Here is it guy, Wisa went on a stage to perform where he did something that has been seen as by a court as haven caused gross indecency.
Two years down the line, the court slapped GHS 8,400 fine on him – now we have two people fighting over who Wisa’s hero was.
Yesterday, we told y’all that a Zylofon employee, Halifax Ansah-Addo has given Wisa GHS 10,000 to settle his court fine.
Now Wisa’s manager, D-Black has refuted the claim by Halifax that he paid the court fine slapped on Wisa by an Accra Circuit Court yesterday.
“Wisa’s fine was paid by himself, CEO of his label, D-Black and the bigwigs from the Ghana Tourism Authority who support the creative arts industry. Halifax and Wisa are friends, whatever support he offered Wisa was between them as friends and has nothing to do with his fine. Other persons have also offered Wisa such assistance in the past 24 hours and he’s grateful to everyone that’s showing love and concern,” D-Black told Citi FM.
Earlier, Wisa had also taken to social media to express his displeasure at the news that he was bailed by Halifax.
“Zylofon Didn’t Pay My Fine Nor Did Anyone From Zylofon. My friend Halifax called earlier today [Monday] to offer assistance as a friend. I’m surprised to see stories flying about tagged Zylofon rescues me and pays my fine. I didn’t even know Halifax as a staff of Zylofon. I knew him as a friend,” he wrote.
This latest Social media tantrum by Wisa came after he contemplated spending two years in jail instead of pay the fine.
His manager, DBlack assured him on social media that he was going to get him out of the situation.
