Kwasi Nimo Jnr is a level 300 Journalism student and also a member of Osagyefo Hall.

  • He grew up in Ashaiman and had his Junior High School education at Kings Court International School, formerly known as Saint Ann’s International and continued at the Prempeh College in Kumasi


  • He is very tall which has fueled his love for basketball

  •  Nimo is a pioneering member and organizing secretary of the GIJ Writers and Debaters Society.


  • He captained the GIJ Revolutionist in the fight for paramountcy of students’ interest against the imposition of an untrusted electoral voting system last semester. You can call him captain GIJ


  • He also served as an executive and representative of most notable clubs and societies on GIJ Campus including GJA-GJI and TTCJN-GIJ


  • He plays the Trombone and sings very well.


  • He enjoys Fufu and Groundnut soup with chicken and tuna


  • He also plays football.


  • He has blue blood running through his veins because of his love for Chelsea and amazingly shares the belief with the constituency that agrees that Lionel Messi is the Greatest.


  • Captain GIJ is unfortunately very single.


  • He prefers a cat to a dog for some personal reasons and loves both Gold and Blue colours.


  • One quote that he lives by is “As long as there is life, there is hope for a better tomorrow, so do what you’ve got to do”
