Last Saturday one of such social media tweets became the talk of the town.

“A nation that fails to “refine” its up and coming generation, especially in this technological & scientific age, would perpetually remain in the shackles of economic captivity. Ghana, “Change We Must” #GhanaShallProsper #Hopeishere,” he tweeted after the news broke that he is to sponsor the Ghana Football Association.

Yep, the loaded tweet that made people infer that he plans on becoming a President.

But a couple of hours ago, he sent another tweet that is supposed to put people’s minds to rest.

“Patriotism has no direct correlation with political ambition. Our topmost priority as jr. citizens, is to position & equip ourselves adequately in other to contribute meaningfully in our small ways to the great prospects of our dear nation, Ghana. #SupportOurPresident #BeaCitizen,” he said in today’s tweet.

All he wants to say is that do not confuse his patriotism and his passion to see a better Ghana with a political ambition.

At least, we won’t be seeing Vote 4 NAM1 any time soon.
