TV3 Has Explained Why Nana Aba Anamoah Was Taken Off Air During The #VGMA2018

Oh hey, there is an explanation from TV3.

Yeah, we told you about how they went off during the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards just when their former employee who resigned after a major social media scandal, Nana Aba Anamoah mounted the stage.

It was a messy breakup between the Nana Aba and TV3 and since then wounds haven’t seemed to have healed.

We told y’all about how the timing of the VGMA signal loss but have been a deliberate attempt by the television to do anything at all cost of not showing Nana Aba’s face on its channel.

Well, early today, TV3 came out with a statement, not specifically addressing the Nana Aba VGMA feed off incident but a rather general apology and explanation for the VGMA signal loss.

“Apologies for the loss of transmission. We had a technical issue that briefly affected the live feed of the . The issue was rectified immediately. We got back, so you didn’t miss any of the winners,” the TV3 tweet said.
