Soulful singer Christie Quincyna Quarcoopome (Cina Soul) has signed to global music giant, Universal Music.
The deal was reportedly inked in Nigeria about a month ago. Full details regarding the move are expected to be divulged by the singer’s management later this month. An ADM remix of her recent single, 12:01, also sees an April release.
Universal Music Group is an American global music corporation that is a subsidiary of the French media conglomerate Vivendi. UMG’s global corporate headquarters are located in Santa Monica, California. It is considered one of the “Big Three” record labels, along with Sony Music and Warner Music Group.
Alumnus of the Vodafone Icons talent show, she is an author of a 2016 EP, Metanoia. She has performed on major stages in the country, and has been associated with a number of top acts…most notably, Worlasi, Kidi, and rapper M.anifest.
