Meet UCC’s Favourite Dancer, Mystical

Hey there Kuulpeeps!

If you are in UCC, you have probably heard about Mystical the dancer. Well, if you haven’t, meet, Israel Asante Mireku Junior. We needed to find out why he’s referred to as UCC’s favourite dancer, amongst other things.

KuulpeepsUCC: Hey Mystical

Mystical: Hi guys

KuulpeepsUCC: Who is Mystical? What program do you read?

Mystical:  I am Israel Asante Mireku. Just a cool guy who loves dancing. I read B.Ed. Management.

KuulpeepsUCC: How did you get into dancing?

Mystical: As early as age 6, I just realized I was good at dancing. It became my love thereafter.

KuulpeepsUCC: Why do you call yourself UCC’s favourite dancer?

Mystical: Oh I don’t call myself that oo, UCC students started calling me that after a few performances

KuulpeepsUCC: So it’s only a few people who think you are UCC’s favourite dancer?

Mystical: More than half of the students in UCC have seen me perform… they all agree I am.

KuulpeepsUCC: But your self-acclaimed title is highly arguable oo.

Mystical: Anyone who wants to challenge can come and battle me for the title.

KuulpeepsUCC: Ei that’s quite a challenge oo. Are you sure you can battle anyone who is interested?

Mystical: Oh this title is mine oo. I am not scared of any UCC dancer… (LOL)

KuulpeepsUCC: What has been your proudest moment as a dancer?

Mystical: I performed for Sarkodie once in Sunyani. I’ve worked with Guru as well.

KuulpeepsUCC: Have you won any awards?

Mystical: Yeah I’ve won a few. In SHS I won an award as the best Dancer in Ashanti Region

KuulpeepsUCC: Where did you school?

Mystical: St. Thomas Aquinas

KuulpeepsUCC: AH! Wait oo, but you won Ashanti regional best SHS dancer, how’s that possible?

Mystical: (Laughs) I went there with a few friends from K.T.I, initially to support my friends. Then I got into the mood, borrowed a uniform and went on to dance as a KTI student.

KuulpeepsUCC: Where do you draw the line between schooling and dancing?

Mystical:  Dancing is my passion oo and school is my hobby… I’d pursue dancing any day over school, but the money has to be worth it too …3y3 asem oo.

KuulpeepsUCC: OH!! OKAY!! So how do you combine both currently?

Mystical: Lately, I’ve not been really performing on shows. I have only been dancing here on campus. It’s been challenging but how you go do am.

KuulpeepsUCC: Are your parents supportive of your dance career?

Mystical: They are extremely supportive… It’s been worth it considering the small name I’ve made for myself.

KuulpeepsUCC: Between Chris Brown and Michael Jackson, who is the better dancer?

Mystical: Senior Michael all day, any day.

KuulpeepsUCC: Alright, Mystical we wish you all the best!

Mystical: Thank you guys for having me.

Mystical has sent out an open invitation for a battle to any willing challenger. Let’s know who you think will steal his title of being UCC’s  favourite dancer.

This info about him is false. Why didn’t u ask which year he completed acquinans? He attended Asanco lol. Asankragua shs and even there, he wasn’t the best. Ask if he’s heard skido, don kelly,he was no where near these folks in asanco i mean. To prove that i know him,he,mystical was dating a slim girl in shs called Priscilla. This is total wack.
