Kuulpeeps, a new semester is about to kick in. Some of us may not be too happy about it but hey, you still need to get your registration done!
Here are the steps you need to follow to make your registration simpler and stress free.
STEP 1: PAYMENT OF FEES
- Students who have not finished paying their fees are to pay their Academic Fees and Residential Facility User Fees (where applicable) EITHER by Money Order (obtained at Brong Ahafo Regional Post Office) OR , through any branch of Zenith Bank, GCB Bank, Fidelity Bank or ECOBANK. Ensure that your Student Number and Programme are quoted correctly on all the bank pay-in-slip(s). You can visit the website to see the Schedule of Fees for the 2017/2018 Academic Year.
- Take the Academic Fees pay-in-slip(s) to the Finance Directorate for clearance.
STEP 2: ACADEMIC REGISTRATION FOR 2017/2018 SECOND SEMESTER REGISTRATION
Students who have been cleared by the Finance Directorate should proceed to the website to complete their online registration.
First of all, open the students portal and fill the student form with your student ID number and password from last semester’s registration which can be retrieved from your mail.
You will then be able to access the registration forms which you have to print out.
Academic Registration starts from Monday, January 15, 2018 – Friday, January 19, 2018.
Late Registration starts from Monday, January 22, 2018 and attracts a fine of GH¢100.00 PER DAY.
Note that the date of registration may be extended only if there is a technical problem.
A copy of the printed registration slip should then be submitted to the HOD Offices of the respective Schools you belong to. Registration of Students closing date will be communicated to the students from the registrars office.
