Listen Up New Musicians, Sarkodie Just Dropped The Key’s On How To Make It

Sarkodie

Yes! Sarkodie is back from Nigeria, where he won the ‘Best Collaboration’ at 2017 Sound City MVP Awards Festival, for his collaboration with Runtown on the hit song “Painkiller”

That made it a total of 69 awards and extending his record as the most awarded African rapper.

But before he left for Nigeria he had met with Former President John Agyekum Kufuor at his house during the unveiling on the Ghana Job Bank Initiative.

It was after that meeting that Sarkodie promised to impact the lives of young people.

With a Twitter account of 1.52M followers, Sarkodie definitely has the platform to engage young people and help them as they find answers to their numerous growing up questions.

As someone who “slept on the bench at Aflao” and had to hustle all the way to the top, Sarkodie definitely has some keys on how to survive being an underground artiste.

“Great Talents here in Ghana and just wish y’all could get the support and platforms needed to show that incredible God-given Gifts to the world… I promise to do the little I can to help 🙏🏾🇬🇭➕,” one of his tweets reads.

Then he went ahead to drop the keys on how new musicians should manage their money and invest in their art.

“Till then …a little advice to the young ones: Make sure you put back every penny into your craft … if it will take you 8 shows to pay for one video, do so!!! Don’t cheat the game or you will fail ➕.”
