Remember how last semester we were asked to pay the 2016/2017 fees instead of the scheduled fees for 2017/2018 academic year??
Well, if you still have arrears to pay but you’re not sure what to do or you paid the full 2017/2018 fees before students were asked to pay the 2016/2017 fees and you’re wondering how to get your refund, everything you need to know is in this communique issued by the UG SRC:
“Following the directive of the National Council for Tertiary Education as regards the school fees for the 2017/2018 academic year, the Student Accounts Office has adjusted the individual accounts of all students on the MIS Web.
Students can now check their actual balance and make payments of arrears, where they exist.
If there are genuine complaints of irregularities with the figures that remain, kindly contact the Students’ Accounts Office.
Some students who have made full payment of their fees may still be unable to register presently. Such students should kindly allow a 24-hour ultimatum and retry registration. It is also possible some students would not see the full course catalogues for the semester. Do note that the remaining courses are still being uploaded. The SRC advises students to remain patient in this regard. Kindly forward all other enquiries concerning registration to;
Edmond Kyere – 0247417362
Selikem Mortte – 0272412229
Meanwhile, do note that applications for refunds would be received after registration ends. Final year students would be given priority in the release of refunds. Students who are eligible in this regard are to send a letter addressed to the Students’ Accounts Office. Please indicate the amount you are to receive and a brief introduction of yourself.
The SRC appreciates your cooperation in this regard”
Issued By The Office of the Publication & Information Committee, UG SRC 2017/2018.
