Today, students from Wheaton College got the chance to experience the Ashesi life in a day, right here in Ghana. Some Ashesi students were put in groups of 4 with one Wheaton student to hang out with them from 9:30am to 2:00pm.
Each group was given the opportunity to connect with one another and come up with fun ways on how they would interact with their buddy with the time that they have him or her.
The aim of their stay was to learn as much about Ashesi, Ghana and Ashesians as possible; the projects you are interested in, your Ashesi experience, etc, as well as for Ashesians to learn from them during that period:
- Take them to class
- Give them a tour of campus
- Have a fun activity with them
- Ultimately let them enjoy themselves
Here are a few photos of how students from Wheaton enjoyed their stay on the hill.
