This is for those who were present at all the hall weeks!! Let’s just call this the hall week face-off and let us know which hall week, for you, was the best this semester.

Here’s a lil something to refresh your minds, just in case exams wiped out all the fun memories!!

As we all know, Jubilee and ISH are always the first when it comes to hall week celebrations. They had the usual Gospel Rock show, health talk, shared some condoms… Then there was the artiste night with Kidi, Kuami Eugene, Yaa Pono, Ebony and well, y’all know Ebony gave us the show of our lives!!!

Alexander Kwapong Hall also brought us “The matrix” with free breakfast, talk shows, sporting activities and had celebrities passing through almost every day. The artiste night had Dope Nation, Magnom, Kojo Cue and Shaker on the bill. Unfortunately, the Atomic Explosion took everyone’s attention away from the performances.

Akuaffo Hall was quite…silent. Even though they mentioned B4bonah, King Promise, Strongman and Patapaa will be performing at the artiste night, we never really heard anything.

Mensah Sarbah Hall was next and the Highlight of course was the time Okpomates went official!!

Jean Nelson’s hype prior to the hall week was amazing! They had interesting activities such as the Face of Nelson, Hoopz and Jamz and more!! It was only natural then that everyone was expecting an orgasmic climax but…they disappointed heavily! From technical issues to artistes not being present, the artiste night was a huge flop.

The Sey hall week started with a mega gospel rock show which saw performances from Kingzkid and E Rock. They continued with a fashion show, ‘party in the tent’ and a fufu festival. The artiste night was amazing! Even though it rained, performances from Dope nation, Ebony, Kwesi Arthur, Big Ben, Worlasi, Kofi Kinaata and Manifest had people jamming.

Finally, it was the turn of the UGSRC. They celebrated their 60th anniversary and some students said it was the best SRC week most of them had ever experienced in Legon. They had inter-hall debates, karaoke, and the climax…the concert! There were performances from Kidi, Koo Ntakra, Kuami Eugene, Freda Rhymes, Kurl Songz, Jupiter and Sarkodie.

So now that your mind is all refreshed, tell us which of these hall weeks had the best artiste night!
