The name Junior Agogo is one that has been missing for some time.
Apparently, the former Black Stars player has been suffering from a stroke attack.
In a recent interview with BBC, the former striker revealed that he had troubles with speech following the illness, which he says has left him lacking confidence and socially isolated.
Agogo has been suffering from Aphasia, a condition which severely affects a person’s ability to use language.
The striker still visits the Neuro Rehab Unit of the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London’s Queen Square as he battles to find his way in the world with depleted language.
