Kuulpeeps, you know the one rule about getting illegal stuff is to never get caught, right?
These guys wanted to play hard guys, but the Ashanti Regional Police Command proved to be more than they could handle.
Suspects, Dauda Issah, 31, and Osman Issah, 30, allegedly attempted to release bundles of counterfeit money into the system.
However, before they could make themselves rich by passing their own GHS 10 notes as Bank of Ghana approved money, the police arrested them at Adum, a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
According to Kumasi based Ultimate FM, the suspects were arrested at their hideout in Adum and had in their possession several fake ten (10) Ghana cedis notes.
When the police conducted a search of their hideout, they saw a machine that was suspected to have been used for the production of fourteen (14) bundles of the ten (10) Ghana cedis notes.
The police believe they had an accomplice, one Mallam Abdul-Rahaman Sulleman who lives either in Techiman or Tamale. He is being pursued by the police.
Our question is, who went to snitch?
