Dear H. E. President Nana Akufo-Addo,

Please protect these women as you would your sisters. I have read a petition and an article by a soldier online and I am really upset and horrified.

Please leave them alone.

These women are intelligent and have earned the positions they occupy.

The journey to 30% Affirmative Action for women is a long one. …

This is a personal request/favour I am making to you.

Thank you, Sir,” Dzifa said in a Facebook post that was accompanied with this photo.

Meanwhile, in an earlier post, the former deputy minister had said “Charlotte Osei our first female Electoral Commissioner in whom we are well pleased, Brigadier General Constance Adjeani Afenu our first female Brigadier General of the Ghana Armed Forces and Rev. Dr. JR Aryee our first female Chairman of the Chamber of Mines in Ghana.

Thank you amazing beautiful ladies with powerful brains who earned their appointment on merit, for inspiring the next generation of Ghanaian women.

Let’s go Ghana! Support your women! Equity. Fair play.”

She ended that post with the caption: “#Pray for our women leaders…endangered species!”
