University Practice, KNUST SHS & Tamale SHS Progress to Quarter Finals Of #NSMQ2017

Day two of the 1/8th stage of the National Science and Maths Quiz proved to be a contest among strong sides.

Godswill Gadzekpo and Kojo Yankah team championed University Practice SHS to a 54 points victory over Ola SHS, Ho and Bolgatanga SHS

However, KNUST SHS did face a stiffer challenge in their 1/8th stage competition. Jeffery Okai and Elijah Amoah-Asamoah struggled to gain the 44 points the school gained to beat Konongo Odumase SHS and Adidome SHS to progress to the Quarter Finals

The closest competition of the day came from the Tamale SHS, Edinaman SHS and Osei Tutu encounter. There was only five points separating the three schools and the position they attained.

Tamale SHS gained 49 points leaving Edinaman SHS and Osei Tutu SHS with 44 and 39 points respectively.
