Ama Duncan has more than 12 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources Development and is the Founder of Corporate Training Solutions (CTS).
CTS helps organizations meet their performance targets through corporate training and development activities.
She is also Founder of the Fabulous Woman Network (the FWN), which brings women together to share experiences, learn, network, and collaborate.
Through the FWN, Ama has shared life-changing stories of more than 150 fabulous women garnering 3,000,000 views on social media, organized events for 500+ women, connected many women to help each other, and trained 900+ people.
She is one of the Mandela Washington Fellows. The Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders is the flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) that empowers young people through academic coursework, leadership training, and networking.
The Fellows, who are between the ages of 25 and 35, have established records of accomplishment in promoting innovation and positive impact in their organizations, institutions, communities, and countries.
With an MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management, France, and a BA from the University of Ghana, Ama Duncan is committed to celebrating, developing, and inspiring women as well as to providing solutions to corporate training needs.
Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, she will use the experience and network to facilitate business coaching for women entrepreneurs in Ghana.
