The Big Shots To Look Out For In The 1/8th Stage Of National Science And Maths Quiz

Gradually, the men and women are being separated from the boys and the girls at the National Science and Maths Quiz competition.

Currently, only 81 schools are still in the running to winning the 2017 National Science and Maths Quiz.

Some of the school to look out for to progress from this stage are Archbishop Porter’s Girls’, Adisadel College, Prempeh College, Notre Dame, Mfanstipim, St Thomas Aquinas, Pope Johns, Accra Academy, Presbyterian Boys’ and Opoku Ware.

Others include, Wesley Girls, St Louis, Holy Child and Mfanstiman whom together with Archbishop Porters’ are fighting to become the first girls’ school to win the competition after Adisadel broke their own NSMQ virginity and won the competition last year.

Presbyterian Boys’ is seeking to extend their trophy lead to six wins, while Prempeh, Opoku Ware, Mfantsipim are all trying to catch up with them on the trophy leader board.

The first encounter in the 1/8th stage of the competition will pitch Ghana National College against Armed Forces SHTS and against Osei Kyeretwie SHS.

Later in the day, SDA Bekwai will face off with Aburi Girls’ and Kumasi Academy and then probably the most competitive contest of the day will feature Kintampo SHS against Archibishop Porters’ and Tema SHS.
