Yes, he raps and he is into agriculture as well; how awesome is that!.
The versatile musician, Trigmatic has embarked on an agricultural development project aimed at improving agriculture and making it attractive to the youth.
Trigmatic calls it the ‘Grow Ghana, Eat Ghana Campaign’ and he is hoping the campaign will persuade Ghanaians to consume locally grown farm produce as opposed to imported food.
In an interview with YFMGhana.com, the “Motromodwo” hit maker said “ I started a rice farm last year with the aim of encouraging young farmers to start looking in the area of Agriculture and also to encourage more home grown food.”
He owns a 4 acre perfumed rice farm at Sugarcane Junction, in Nkwanta, a town in the Shama District in the Western Region
The perfumed rice he cultivates, has the same taste as the imported ones. Trigmatic’s Grow Ghana, Eat Ghana Campaign also ties in with government’s Planting for Food and Jobs Campaign.
