JUST IN: KNUST SRC Elections Halted, Find Out Why

Power outage has forced the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) to briefly halt the Students Representative Council (SRC) voting process.

KuulPeeps have been reporting on our social media platforms that the electronic voting systems at some polling stations had shut down and students were unable to vote.

Voting machines shut down, voting halted.

Sources close to the KNUST SRC Electoral Commission have explained that there was a power cut at the university which caused some voting machines generating technical problems.

The source said the affected voting machines had to be restarted and that it will take about 20 minutes to resolve the situation.

The EC is hopeful the voting machines will start operating as normal.
