In case you were not in Cape Coast this past weekend, you missed a whole lot of fun. Shatta Wale, together with Medikal and Pope Skinny, turned the Cape Coast stadium upside down.
NO POLICE ALLOWED: Before Shatta Wale started his performance, he announced that he had told all the Police men at the venue to wait outside, because ‘ghetto’ men don’t deal with police.
The main highlight of the show was when an anonymous person took one of the microphones and said ‘Shatta Wale your mother’ right after the superstar started his performance. This angered the Dancehall King who in reply asked the coward to come out and face him.
Even though no one showed up, it didn’t stop Shatta from thrilling his fans anyway.
Sister Afia was not left out as she performed her new single with Shatta Wale.
Pope Skinny was also at the show, but Yaa Pono and Nii Funny who were both at the venue did not perform because they showed up late.
About 15,000 people were entertained at the Cape Coast stadium
The best thing about it all is that Shatta Wale was paid $60,000 (GHS272,000) by Solash Entertainment for his performance.
