Well!! the College of Engineering at KNUST has developed a home-made drone…
Yes!! They made a drone and it was developed by a team of research, scientists and engineers of the college. The drone can be used for varied purposes, it could be deployed to pick weather data, monitor farming activities and environmental degradation.
Professor Mark Adom-Asamoah, Provost of the College has called for the government to give priority to investing in drone technology and that the CoE were determined to come out with appropriate technology to speed up the development of the country.
