Noella Wiyaala will headline the Djimba World Music Festival next month to be held in Wa, in the Upper West region of Ghana next month but before that she has an interesting message for us.
The singer claims she is a virgin and still waiting for the right person to come along. She told Joy Prime in an interview that “I’m a virgin…untouched. I’m just waiting for my husband to come and…” take her flower. She made the revelation after she performed at a press soiree at the Peduase Valley Resort under the theme “Arts and Culture for a more sustainable social economic environment.”
The inaugural Djimba World Music Festival is scheduled to take place at Wa in The Upper West Region on the 23rd December 2016. The festival is spearheaded by Wiyaala herself and her quest is to make it an annual festival that will expose Ghanaian musicians, especially those from the Northern Regions.
