Stonebwoy is likely to follow in the steps of Rocky Dawuni to gain a nomination at the Grammys. Stonebwoy’s album has made it to the list of albums that will be voted for the top 5 best reggae albums which in turn will earn a nomination for the world’s biggest award. Which means his Livingstone Ep is liable to be nominated for the 2017 Grammy Awards.
A list of 38 albums have been put together by VPL Music, a music distribution label, and it includes our very own Black Prophet, Mr Vegas, Binnie Man among others. Grammy Voters will consider five of these 38 albums for the top five nominations in next year’s Grammy Awards.
