The Accra High Court presided over by Justice Barbara Charway has ordered the Electoral Commision (EC) to give Hassan Ayariga, the flagbearer of the ‘All People’s Congress (APC) the opportunity to correct all the mistakes in his nomination forms. According to Myjoyonline.com, Justice Charway described the EC’s decision to disqualify Ayariga as ‘absurd, unfair and wrongful due to the circumstances including limitedness of 30th nomination day’. Justice Eric Kyei Baffour last week ruled on a similar case in favour of Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom.
