RnB star Trey Songz, was in Nairobi for the first time ever to record on the 4th edition of the Coke Studio Africa music show. He was joined in the Coke Studio by other African artistes like Nyashinski (Kenya), Vanessa Mdee (Tanzania), Yemi Alade (Nigeria), Lij Michael (Ethiopia), Stonebwoy (Ghana), Neyma (Mozambique), Serge Beynaud (Ivory Coast), Rema Namakula (Uganda), Emtee (South Africa) and South African producer, Maphorisa.
After all the collaborations and features, a Coke Studio season launch party was held at the Coca-Cola office in Nairobi (Kenya) last Saturday and Trey Songs, Stonebwoy, Yemi Alade and the other African acts performed together to thrill audience at the event. We happened to be there to take some videos of Trey Songz performance.

Also, we caught up with Stonebwoy at the Coke Studio a day before the launch and he claimed he worked with Trey Songz who was a great guy and very amazing. He also made mention of releasing a new song soon with Sauti Sol. Sauti Sol is a Kenyan afro-pop band formed in Nairobi.
