With the transfer market open, most teams are looking to bring in top players to build their teams. Here are some of the major transfer deals you might have missed last week.

 

N’Golo Kante

Leicester City to Chelsea (Around £32mil)

N’Golo Kante left the champions to join Chelsea last weekend. It was a move that was expected to happen after Leicester City coach Reneiri said he would understand if the midfielder left.

 

Emanuele Giaccherini

Sunderland to Napoli (£2mil)

Napoli have acquired the signature of the Italian midfielder after an impressive Euros. The 31 year old is expected to make a good show in Italy.

 

Pierre-Emile Højbjerg

Bayern Munich to Southampton  (£12.8mil)

Højbjerg moved to England to join Southampton after he had a lack of playing time with the German giants. The young midfielder could not compete with the more experienced midfielders at the Allianz Arena forcing him to join the Saints.

 

Vincent Janssen

AZ Alkmaar to Tottenham (£18.5mil)

Tottenham earned the signature of another prolific striker last week. Janssen was the top scorer in last season’s Dutch league and is going to make a very good addition to Tottenham’s front line.

 

Lucas Digne

PSG- Barca (£13.9mil)

Barca made another addition to their squard last week after the acquiring the French international. Even though Digne was an unused sub in the Euros he has the potential to fight for a place with Alba.

 

Martin Skrtel

Liverpool to Fernabache (£5mil)
After a long 8 year attachment to the Reds, Martin Skrtel finally moved from Liverpool to join Fernabache. The defender had a poor finish in England but look to start afresh in Turkey.

 

Samuel Umtiti

Lyon to Barca (£21m)
Barcelona have had an aging defense for sometime now and Umtiti is set to bring in some energy and speed in the Barca defense.

Southampton- Shandong Luneng (£13mil)
