Effective August 1st 2016, the University of Ghana shall have a new Vice Chancellor in the person of Professor Ebenezer Owusu Oduro. Prof. Aryeetey is expected to hand over to him after his tenure of office ends in July.
Prof. Oduro has been confirmed by the University’s board to take over from Prof. Ernest Aryeetey as the twelfth Vice Chancellor of Ghana’s first University. He is currently the Provost of the College of Basic and Applied Sciences, University of Ghana.
