According to reports by starrfmonline, many of her victims could not write the semester’s exams because Latifa did not pay tuition fees (GHC1,500 each) which were given to her to pay on their behalf due to the distance between the school and the nearest commercial bank. The reports further indicated that she is also accused of issuing fake bank receipts to her colleagues under the guise of assisting them to pay their fees.

Latifa failed to make the payments to her victims but instead issued fake bank receipts to them and pocketed the money.
