Power Minister, Dr Kwabena Donkor has made a U-turn on his February statement in which he promised to end dumsor by December 31. In his semantic defense, he promised to resolve the power crisis in terms of load shedding, and not ‘dumsor’. Who knew there was a difference?
President Mahama has also changed his ‘goal post’ from the December 2015 deadline for ending Dumsor to before 2016 election. Here’s the reaction on twitter from DKB and others concerning the recent development.
Dumsor is village explanation of power crisis & load shedding is the engineering cocastic explanation to dazzle the village folks #joysms
