Taxi Driver Who Murdered UPSA Student Wanted To Be Buried Together With Her


According to an eyewitness’ account, the taxi driver who murdered Jennifer Atieku a 3rd year student of UPSA did it for love. He reportedly attacked his lover upon suspicion that she was going to leave him for someone else and inflicted machete wounds to her chest and neck that led to her passing.

After inflicting wounds on his lover, the driver went ahead to stab himself and asked to be buried near his lover when he was found nearly unconscious. After he was revived, the driver admitted having made a blood covenant with the victim in which they both swore to stay together till death. According to our source at Alpha clinic in Madina, the driver is in handcuffs.

The father of the deceased is reportedly at the same clinic grief stricken in the company of other relatives.
