Reigning VGMAs artiste of the year and BET Best International Act; Africa, Stonebwoy has turned down an endorsement package from telecommunication giant Glo in Ghana. The deal that is said to have been turned down by the artiste and his management who believe he deserves more than the $80,000 deal the company provided.
Conditions contained in the contract that was turned down included the inability of the much sought after artist to perform at events organized by competing brands such as MTN, Tigo and others. Stonebwoy is the second to have refused the deal this week after Wiyaala also declined to sign a similar deal. This, therefore, leaves the telecom company with other options that includes Kaakie and Yvonne Nelson.
