A.I Reveals He Knows Nothing About Burna Boy’s Refix Of The Song, “Grind”

We love music and of course we have a special place in our hearts for Nigerian music. No party is complete without some Naija music to spice things up right?

So, of course, we all sat at attention when the Reggae Dance-hall artiste; Burna Boy tweeted he’d be releasing a song today!!

A song with A.I!!!!!!

We are talking about the A.I who “bost our brains” with the song he made with Vision DJ; “Grind”.

We are talking about the one who permanently ingrained in our vocabulary the words “step clean”.

yeah, we stepped clean all over Accra when the track came out.

Our excitement was short lived however when  A.I came out to deny any knowledge of this song.

Don’t believe?

Take a look:

uh-oh!

Sources close to AI have also confirmed that…

A.I  really does know nothing about this “re-up”.

And trust us, this is nothing like the recent Shatta and Sarkodie stunt that led to the song “Gameboy”

Neither A.I nor his management spoke to Burna Boy.

Just in case you think Vision Dj may have approved of the song behind A.I’s back, here’s your answer:

Question is, did Burna really think just putting A.I’s name on the song is enough credit?

Well, for now, unless there’s a gentleman’s agreement between Ghanaians and Nigerians that allows them to do covers of each other’s song without informing the other party, then…

we wait.

Be rest assured Kuulpeeps, we will keep you updated on this.

In the meantime, Burna Boy has gone ahead to release the song after putting this up;

Take a listen t the song here;
