The Best WASSCE Student In West Africa Did Not Get The Course He Applied For In KNUST

Pius Kyere came into the news recently when he was adjudged the Best Science Student and Best Overall Student in the 2016 West African Senior Secondary Certificate Exam in Ghana and West Africa.

In an exclusive interview with Kuulpeeps, the 19 year old mentioned that he is currently offering a course in Doctor of Optometry in the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science And Technology even though he applied to do Medicine.

According to Pius, he is still dedicated to becoming a heart surgeon so he has plans of applying this year for medicine.
